This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months part time 20 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm.
If youre passionate about making a difference and providing great services then wed love you to join us as a Mobile Estate Assistant.
The purpose of this role is to ensure Estuarys estates remain clean safe and well maintained. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of our communal spaces and identifying and reporting issues that may impact health safety or wellbeing of our customers. You will be delivering amazing customer service every day by identifying and understanding our customers needs and being a positive brand ambassador for Estuary Housing Association.
About the job what does it involve
Youll be:
Providing weekly cleaning services to internal communal areas this includes hoovering mopping cleaning hard surfaces.
Carrying out weekly estate inspections that includes checking on fire equipment playgrounds and flushing water outlets.
Dealing with customer neighbourhood queries and resolving their concerns where possible.
About you what were looking for:
Youll have:
Recent experience of working in a customer facing role or previous experience providing cleaning/estate services.
The ability to priorities competing demands.
The drive and commitment to meet and exceed KPIs to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
ICT Skills and digital literacy.
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
The resilience and professionalism to deal with difficult conversations under pressure.
Full Clean Driving Licence
