Job Summary

This role is initially a 6-month FTC with a clear potential to become permanent in line with our companys sustained growth ambitions.

Our rapid growth is driving a high number of vacancies many of which are linked to newly formed teams and practices. To support this growth we are looking for a dedicated Talent Sourcer to help identify talent in the market and build a strong pipeline for existing and future requirements enabling us to hire with speed and confidence.

Using your recruitment experience and structured research skills you will select and manage the most effective search methods to deliver a steady stream of qualified candidates for roles across our global offices.

You will be a key point of contact for candidates and colleagues during the early stages of the recruitment process helping to create a fair and positive experience while showing why we are a great place to work.

In this role you will work closely with senior stakeholders across our regions and be part of the daily rhythm of an international and well-regarded business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Advisor to translate briefs into clear search plans that reflect the needs of new teams and practices.
  • Building market maps across target companies functions and locations using LinkedIn open web research and our internal tools.
  • Creating longlists of prospects.
  • Screening CVs and applications to agreed criteria and sharing structured feedback with the team.
  • Making initial approaches to prospective candidates holding first conversations and keeping them updated on next steps.
  • Tracking search progress competitor moves and hiring trends then sharing regular reports and insights.
  • Supporting interview scheduling when required.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools so that future searches start with a ready view of the market.

If you are currently working as a researcher or resourcer in a recruitment agency and looking to move into an in-house role this is an excellent opportunity.

You will be able to apply your existing skills while gaining exposure to the wider world of Talent and HR in a fast-growing consulting firm.

You do not need to have experience recruiting for consulting roles but you should be familiar with the professional services environment.
