- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to a Year 3 class in line with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners and ensure strong pupil progress.
- Establish a positive structured and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain effective communication with pupils parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to wider school life including curriculum development and enrichment activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent or relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 3.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for learning and behaviour.
- A collaborative and reflective practitioner with strong communication skills.
