In your role you will report to our Night Manager and be an integral part of the front office team as the hotel representative in the absence of senior management and working with the Front Office team to balance guest expectations colleague needs and profitability.
Your success in this job will be largely dependent on your ability to run a smooth night shift operation as well as your strong organisational and communication abilities plus your keen eye for detail to make the necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of the Hotels reporting.
