Job Description
Introduction
Our client a leading Healthcare company based in Sandton is looking for a CSI Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implementation management and standardization of all CSI processes.
- Required to manage clinical aspects of allocated projects ensuring that the project schedules are maintained and that policies are updated and aligned to best practice to minimize business risk.
- Work in consultation with the Divisional Heads to form strategic and synergistic partnerships to achieve CSI organisational objectives and the company strategy aligned to Person centred Health and Care.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Health Care Practitioner Nursing or Paramedic with 5 years clinical experience.
- 2 years experience in the development and administration of large-scale projects.
- 2 years experience in a leadersip role with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in budget management and control.
- Experience in dealing with beneficiaries and stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of socio-economic challenges and development strategies.
- Ability to align CSI initiatives with business imperatives.
- Knowledge of NGO and NPO Regulations & BBBEE.
