Job Summary
Introduction
Our client a leading Healthcare company based in Sandton is looking for a CSI Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implementation management and standardization of all CSI processes.
- Required to manage clinical aspects of allocated projects ensuring that the project schedules are maintained and that policies are updated and aligned to best practice to minimize business risk.
- Work in consultation with the Divisional Heads to form strategic and synergistic partnerships to achieve CSI organisational objectives and the company strategy aligned to Person centred Health and Care.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Healthcare Practitioner (Nurse or Paramedic) with 5 years Corporate Social Investment and Funding experience.
- 2 years Management experience with the development and admin of large-scale projects within a Healthcare/Clinical environment.
- Experience in budget management and control.
- Experience in dealing with beneficiaries and stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of socio-economic challenges and development strategies.
- Ability to align CSI initiatives with business imperatives.
- Knowledge of NGO and NPO Regulations & BBBEE.
