Your Tasks

• You will familiarize yourself with the process landscape in the electrics/electronics domain and support the design of internationally applicable processes focusing on the product development process interface processes and area-specific use cases in an agile working environment
• You will document all developed methods and processes in the relevant systems and ensure the appropriate provision of information within the agile setup
• You will provide regular updates to involved teams and stakeholders and escalate risks and delays when necessary
• You will actively drive process improvements with a strong focus on international applicability and implementation
• You will define cross-Traton methodologies within the VCT team EE Software Factory Definition in close coordination with colleagues from the VCT team EE Software Factory Runway (Tooling)

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in electrical engineering mechanical engineering computer science industrial engineering or a comparable field
• You have experience with ISO / SAE 21434 TARA implementation and/or with embedded Cyber Security concept implementation
• You are a goal-oriented structured and reliable team player who is committed to continuous improvement
• You have experience in interface management and working with diverse international stakeholders supported by strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• You bring solid professional experience in project steering project management and agile methodologies ideally with knowledge of ONE PDP as the foundation of our development activities
• Your curiosity and analytical mindset drive you to independently explore technical topics and prepare them in a process-optimized manner
• You are fluent in both German and English and open to regular international business travel
