The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner Analyst to join our Finance team - Available on a 9 month Max Term Contract. This role plays a key part in supporting the Finance Business Partnering function by delivering day-to-day analytics and data preparation that enables strategic decision-making across Crown Melbourne.
Youll work closely with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to provide accurate timely and insightful reporting. This is a hands-on role that combines financial analysis stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to help drive performance across the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and consolidating daily and weekly analytics for the Property business unit.
- Conducting labour analytics including variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Analysing Food & Beverage outlet performance to support profitability and operational decisions.
- Compiling data for weekly reporting to Crown Executives and Blackstone.
- Supporting Finance Business Partners with administrative and analytical tasks.
- Ensuring data accuracy and timeliness to enable strategic insights.
- Analysing marketing and business initiatives to support informed decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with finance policies accounting standards and relevant legislation.
About You
You are a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional who enjoys working with data to uncover insights and support business performance. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a proactive mindset to problem-solving.
You will also bring:
- experience in financial analysis reporting or business partnering support.
- Experience preparing and interpreting financial data to support operational decisions.
- Exposure to labour cost analysis or workforce planning analytics (desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
- A degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field (or working towards).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in Victoria.
Qualifications :
A bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
