Your day in the life of a Lion

You will be part of the Four pillars spirt team here at lion reporting into the Senior Website & Ecommerce Manager and working from Lion Sydney office with an onsite social bar.

In this role you will manage end-to-end engaging brand storey telling content delivery and campaign execution for the B2C Four Pillar ecommerce platform ensuring seamless user experiences high engagement and measurable results.

You will also support other digital channels including social media paid campaigns and partnerships to deliver integrated marketing activity that aligns with brand and commercial objectives.

In addition you will implement on-page SEO best practices and use analytics (e.g. Google Analytics GA4 or equivalent) to monitor performance and optimise content with the ability to interpret web analytics and conversion data to refine content and user journeys.

You will also coordinate with design copy and external digital partners to deliver campaigns on time and to brand standards

  • Support the Senior eCommerce & Website Manager with CMS merchandising and site optimisation
  • Maintain and enhance website functionality structure and navigation to ensure optimal performance SEO and user experience.
  • Create and optimise email campaigns journeys and newsletters using performance data
  • Write compelling conversion-focused copy for web pages and email marketing
  • Analyse site and campaign data (e.g: GA4 klaviyo analytics) to drive continuous content and conversion improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital assets on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and alcohol advertising regulations

To be successful you will bring

  • Preferably experience within FMCG either within digital marketing or ecommerce
  • Solid understanding of marketing communications brand storytelling and tone of voice.
  • Knowledge of alcohol marketing regulations and responsible communication standards.
  • Familiarity with content platforms ( CMS internal comms tools) and social media.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering campaigns and communications end to end.
  • Previous experience with B2C ecommerce platform shopify and Klaviyo
  • Accomplished stakeholder management and ability to work cross functionally within a large business.
