About the Role
As our Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a key role in driving growth for our B2B sales channel by cultivating stronger more meaningful relationships with target customers. The goal of this role will be to bridge the gap between current eCommerce business customer engagement (B2C) and long-term account development (B2B). By focusing on consistent outreach discovery and tailored follow-up you will help ensure that high-potential customers are identified and then receive the attention communication and support they need to cultivate trust identify new opportunities and ultimately increase customer loyalty and sales revenue.
Growth Opportunities
This role provides a foundation for a career in sales account management or business development. High-performing BDRs will have opportunities to transition into more senior roles as they gain experience demonstrate success and create space for their own growth.
