About the Role:

• Develop detailed design plans including structural layouts and interior finishes.
• Work with architects contractors and other project teams to integrate MEP finishes with the overall project
• Oversee and manage MEP activities ensuring adherence to project specifications codes and safety regulations
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing spaces and provide recommendations for renovations or redesign
• Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the finishing and installation phase.
• Develop project documents including drawings specifications and estimates.
• Participate in project planning including developing schedules budgets and resource allocation.
• Work closely with architects MEP consultants and other stakeholders to coordinate project elements
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve any potential issues or conflicts that arise during the design or construction process
• Contribute to the accurate estimation and management of project costs

About You:

• B.E Electrical / Mechanical with 6 to 8 years of experience in Hospital/Hotels/IT Parks.
• Technical awareness of civil electro-mechanical and architectural works and finishing
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
