The Impactful Brand Experience Specialist for Hills Mexicois responsible for providing a superior brand experience across our retailers in an omnichannel perspective ensuring the execution of our marketing strategies into our customers (on both online and offline channels).
Essential Functions :
Strategic Channel Leadership: Lead and optimize our retail media investments for Marketplaces Last Milers and Key Regional Accounts ensuring Hills brands achieve outstanding visibility (achieveing brilliant basics) conversion and brand consistency at every stage of the omnichannel funnel.
Leverage customers information and data analytics to guarantee industry-leading execution and tracking of the 6Ps in the online channeldelivering actionable insights and swiftly addressing gaps or opportunities.
Cross-Functional Mindset: Serve as the strategic interface between MarketingeCommerce and CDO translating high-level marketing strategies into commercial executions ensuring the right message reaches the right consumer at the optimal touchpoint time and context.
Executional Excellence: Own the design development and communication of the quarterly omnichannel execution inspiring and empowering customers with the tools and guidance to execute flawlessly.
Operational Readiness: Lead the end-to-end production distribution and timely delivery of POP materials to indirect channel teams proactively anticipating field needs to enable seamless in-store and online activations.
Thought Leadership & Capability Building: Actively mentor and upskill internal teams and external partners on best practices for digital and omnichannel brand experience setting the standard for innovation and continuous improvement.
Perfect Clinic: Develop & deploy a program to ensure brand presence at vet clinics considering recommended assortment POP materials & structures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree Business Administration Marketing or related fields
At least 3 years experience in Marketing Trade Marketing eCommerce or Sales
Fluent English
