What Youll Work On
Responsible for delivering Demand goals as measured by Commercial Finance or operational metrics
Co-lead the S&OP process with Supply Chain Manager
Ensures compliance with Abbott policies and boycott regulations.
Main Responsibilities/Accountability
Demand Tasks:
Collect sales and Inventory data from Distributors monthly
Distributors Inventory report within Commercial review scope (IMS and DOH)
Verifies Affiliate Demand versus Replenishments monthly
Provides demand statement to supply chain manager for supply risks review
Consolidation of monthly SAP invoicing and confirm closure of the month.
Preparation and consolidation of SAP invoices for confirmation of end of month closing.
Coordinator for S&OP cycle and responsible for the demand review preparation and collecting all slides of S&OP deck for consolidation for the local and regional S&OP.
Ensure Forecast accuracy for major brand withing FAC and improve KPI where needed.
Demand and Finance Responsibilities:
Responsible of Sales Flash and LBE ADS
Provides input to the Supply Chain manager FAC on expected sales within the month including risks and opportunities
Preparation and alignment with Finance team on weekly flash sales and LBE confirmation
Weekly sales flash preparation and alignment with Finance team for LBE Confirmation.
Monthly review of Key/- with all the team & reporting the prime before the 9th working day of each month.
System Responsibilities:
Ensures Data accuracy in all systems; actuals in BOBJ price database ADS accuracy across entire forecast horizon and Customer Master data
ADS publication in prime before the 7th working day by country for all FAC After alignment of annual target of TMS/IMS and DOH during S&OP cycle
ADS submission and report responsibilities:
Key /- publication report with variance (with values)
Key /- tracker (unit based)
Forecast Accuracy error: variance explanation
Submission report (S2): variance analysis
Responsible to upload the Actual TMS and IMS in prime.
Quality Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with quality SOPs and regulatory requirements in responsibility.
Ensure Training is completed as Planned.

Financial accountability:
Contributes as per financial target to deliver the plan on TMS and contributes on aligning (DOH) to the target.
20% of objectives based on FAC results

Ensure Training is completed as planned
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferably in Supply Chain or Business
Language:
Fluent French and English
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a supply chain & demand planning.
Preferred professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company preferably a multinational.
Legal / Certification requirements.
In depth experience with replenishments and distribution.
