Job Description
- 5 years leading QA/Quality Engineering teams in software
- B.S. Computer Science or similar field M.S. preferred
- Deep knowledge of QA automation architecture methodologies processes and tools
- High value for teamwork and cross-functional alignment; comfortable influencing without authority
- Proven stakeholder management
- Ability to drive clarity amid ambiguity and make sound tradeoffs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to convey complex concepts concisely and tailor messages to different audiences
- Experience leading distributed teams across cultures geographies and time zones
- Experience planning and leading end-to-end software release cycles
- Proven leadership of major cross-functional software initiatives
- Ability to quickly grasp new technical domains and system architectures
- Track record of providing succinct accurate executive summaries of complex project status
- Strong technical acumen across backend/services automation and CI/CD
- Experience driving measurable quality outcomes in a quality-focused organization
