5 years leading QA/Quality Engineering teams in software
B.S. Computer Science or similar field M.S. preferred
Deep knowledge of QA automation architecture methodologies processes and tools
High value for teamwork and cross-functional alignment; comfortable influencing without authority
Proven stakeholder management
Ability to drive clarity amid ambiguity and make sound tradeoffs
Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to convey complex concepts concisely and tailor messages to different audiences
Experience leading distributed teams across cultures geographies and time zones
Experience planning and leading end-to-end software release cycles
Proven leadership of major cross-functional software initiatives
Ability to quickly grasp new technical domains and system architectures
Track record of providing succinct accurate executive summaries of complex project status
Strong technical acumen across backend/services automation and CI/CD
Experience driving measurable quality outcomes in a quality-focused organization
