What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce
Youll be placed on-site with one of our clients working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:
- Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation.
- Managing timelines resources risks and stakeholder communications.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers.
- Helping to define scope break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks.
- Learning and applying industry tools such as Critical Path Analysis Resource Planning and Agile or Waterfall methodology.
As aGraduate Project Manager youll be the glue that holds the project together. A key contact who keeps everything on track ensures everyones aligned and communicates progress clearly to all stakeholders.

- A2:1 or abovein any undergraduate degree.
- A passion for planning problem-solving and people.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset you love learning and developing new skills.
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
