What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce

Youll be placed on-site with one of our clients working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:

• Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation.
• Managing timelines resources risks and stakeholder communications.
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers.
• Helping to define scope break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks.
• Learning and applying industry tools such as Critical Path Analysis Resource Planning and Agile or Waterfall methodology.

As aGraduate Project Manager youll be the glue that holds the project together. A key contact who keeps everything on track ensures everyones aligned and communicates progress clearly to all stakeholders.

• A2:1 or abovein any undergraduate degree.
• A passion for planning problem-solving and people.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset you love learning and developing new skills.
