Job Description

Customer Service Administrator National Operations Centre (NOC)

At SKIDATA were leaders in cutting-edge access solutions and were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our National Operations Centre team in Port Melbourne. What Youll Do

Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customers and technicians managing enquiries via phone email and customer portal.

Work Order Management: Create update and close service work orders in ServiceNow while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Scheduling & Coordination: Allocate technicians to jobs assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and support project coordination tasks.

Administration & Invoicing: Audit and prepare work orders for invoicing assist finance with accounts receivable and support spare parts quotations and orders.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations field service and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

In this role youll be at the centre of SKIDATAs service operations ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

What You Bring

  • 12 years experience in customer service administration or a similar role.

  • Certificate IV in Business Telecommunications or related qualification (preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar systems is an advantage.

  • A commitment to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
