Job Summary
School Secretary between RIS/RMSPosition Overview:We are seeking a dependable and organized School Secretary to join our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations across two school buildings. The successful candidate will monitor building entry manage student attendance and dismissal records and serve as a communication hub between both locations and the Responsibilities:Monitor the main entrance and manage visitor entry for two school buildings to ensure safety and and distribute student dismissal and tardy record and update student attendance accurately in the school as a point of contact and communicator between both school buildings and the with general office tasks including phone calls filing and administration with additional duties and special projects as safety cameras within the :High school diploma or equivalent (required).Prior administrative or school office experience communication and organizational to multitask and manage priorities in a busy with office technology and student information systems (training provided if needed).Professional friendly and approachable demeanor with students staff and Schedule:School year hours 7:30-4:00Compensation:Competitive hourly rate/salary commensurate with available in accordance with school policy.
