We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Dedicated Operations Support/Freight attributes our team are looking for is that you are a good person have fleet or operational experience assertive in your endeavours and a proven ability to prioritise problem solve and multi-task to meet deadlines.
As a freight handler you will not be afraid of hard work and be prepared to be on your feet lifting and moving freight sometimes heavy items during your working shift. You will also be expected to be available for customer service calls and track and trace follow ups when assistance is required.
It is important that our employees are punctual friendly reliable have attention to detail and able to work easily with others in a team environment. You will need to have a sense of humour be physically fit reliable and ideally have a good geographical knowledge of local regional and NZ wide cities and towns.
Below is an example of some key Strengths you will need to have:
Excellent communication skills and can build rapport with our Customer Contractors and your colleagues
Dynamic in your thought process and able to make quick decisions and not stall under pressure
You will have previous and proven experience in managing contractors or staff
Strong operational experience in the courier industry

This is a permanent full-time position Monday to Friday for 42.5 hours a week between the working hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (some flexibility will be required at times).
