Commercial Lines Practice Leader
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Practice Leader to join a dynamic team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee and mentor a group of junior account managers while delivering exceptional high-touch service to the large-market clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $85000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of junior account managers fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Provide white-glove service to large-market clients.
- Oversee the quoting and renewal processes for new and existing business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Attend occasional face-to-face client meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize EZLynxsoftware to manage accounts and streamline operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with a proven track record of managing large-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynxsoftware is preferred.
- Travel: Occasional travel for client meetings.
