LOCATION: Salford. Please note you will be expected to attend the office 2 or 3 days per week.
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 28500 - 38500 depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

BBC Sport is seeking two talented and versatile Journalists to provide crucial editorial support for TV production teams and create compelling content across digital platforms. The successful candidate will provide high-quality research and written work across day-to-day output primarily on football as well as for major events and regular iconic programmes like Match of the Day.
WHY JOIN THE TEAM
Working as part of a small team you will help shape and enrich the BBCs coverage of sporting events and stories during an exciting 2026 which includes Wimbledon and the football World Cup. The role will include influencing the editorial direction commentary and analysis during those events working closely with high-profile presenters commentators and studio guests.
