Job Summary
Were on the lookout for a Duty Manager to join the Wither Hills team on a fixed-term basis (starting ASAP through to the end of April 2026).

About the Role
Hospitality is all about people and ours are at the heart of everything we do. As Duty Manager youll be helping create those memorable moments that keep our guests coming back. Youll work alongside a passionate fun crew who love what they do and who know how to balance hard work with good laughs.
Were not looking for perfection just great people who bring the right attitude. Heres what helps:
- Youve got at least 2 years hospitality experience (though well back you with full training)
- A current Duty Managers certificate is preferred
- Youre available to work weekends and some evenings
- You thrive in a busy fast-paced environment
- Youve got an interest in wine (a bonus but not a dealbreaker)
- Most importantly youve got a positive attitude and a genuine love for creating awesome customer experiences
