Job Summary

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and continue the amazing growth of our business in the commercial market.

Reporting to the Business Development Sales Manager you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in line with agreed sales targets. Building long term relationships with your customers and tailoring solutions for customers waste and resource recovery in line with their sustainability initiatives.


Qualifications :

About you

Youre a skilled negotiator persistent and results driven with at least 3 years previous work experience in a B2B role. Youre a natural in building relationships have tenacious commercial acumen a problem solver and capable of seeking out additional opportunities in a highly competitive market.

You are confident in cold calling and face-to-face prospecting able to generate your own leads and successfully convert those leads into sales.

An interest in environmental sustainability and waste minimisation would be desirable.
