The Communications Manager is responsible for managing internal and external communications across the business including communications to customers and other key stakeholders. The role provides centralised management and delivery of communications plans and activities ensuring alignment with business priorities brand and key projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing annual internal and external communications plans aligned to business priorities
- Providing communications advice to Executive and senior leaders on change programmes issues management and major projects
- Developing and delivering multi-channel written and visual communications including regulatory submissions awards submissions media releases and presentations
- Managing crisis communications and supporting stakeholders as required
- Managing government and media relations including media enquiries and opportunities
- Coordinating tender management responses and presentations
- Developing materials to customer and stakeholder engagement
- Identifying and implementing new communication channels and tactics
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years experience in strategic corporate communications
- Proven track record of supporting business growth and improving stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience across internal and external communications
- Marketing public relations or communications qualification
