Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Team Manager for its clients Multi Disciplinary Team at Blackpool.

What will your responsibilities be

Operational Oversight & Team Support: Assist in managing daily operations ensuring effective coordination across social workers health professionals and other team members to deliver integrated services.
Supervision & Professional Development: Provide reflective supervision mentoring and performance management to QSWs and allied staff promoting best practice and continuous professional growth.
Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Leadership: Monitor casework standards lead on safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and local authority policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Eligible to work in the UK
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
Social Work England registration
Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience
