Job Summary

Key Obsessions:

Equipment Reliability

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on CNC and other manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose mechanical electrical and control system issues quickly and accurately.

Calibrate and fine-tune machines to maintain peak precision and performance.

Facility Performance and Safety

Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC plumbing lighting and other building infrastructure.

Monitor and document facility conditions to ensure a safe efficient and compliant work environment.

Follow OSHA guidelines and promote a strong safety culture through daily practices and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement and Maintenance Excellence

Use or learn CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to log track and analyze maintenance activities.

Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions that improve machine uptime and reliability.

Stay current on new technologies maintenance techniques and equipment advancements to expand skills.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes and overall equipment effectiveness.

Knowledge and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; Technical certification or associates degree preferred.
3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and facility maintenance.
Experience with or ability to learn CMMS software with provided training.
Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics blueprints and CAD drawings.
Proficient in using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to walk or stand up to 100 percent of the time.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stoop kneel crouch crawl or climb.
Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift.
Valid drivers license required.
Ability to obtain a DOT health card
