What Youll Do:
As the Master Electrician you will install wiring and conduit for custom manufacturing air handlers and other related items ensuring high-quality and accurate work.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Reads schematics on electrical work to ensure accurate installation.
- Installs wiring and conduit for custom manufacturing air handlers and other related items ensuring high-quality and accurate work.
- Runs tests on the units to ensure strong electrical current and safety.
- Travels occasionally to clients in the field to rectify any issues in a high-customer service way.
- Provides additional support to the team to ensure products are completed on time.
Position Requirements:
- Education: A HS Diploma or GED preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in installing wiring conduit and typical electrical work with electrician certification.
- Certifications: Electrician Certification.
- Functional Skills: Strong sense of priority and attention to details; ability to read and work with schematics effectively. Able to see color and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Technology Skills: Basic computer skills.
- Language Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and customers in a professional and respectful manner.
- Leadership/ Behaviors: Self-starter; customer-focused; safety and quality-minded; able to work independently and within a team; highly efficient and accurate in work.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.
And the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
Reports To: Plant Supervisor
Core Hours: 6 am 4:30 pm
Typical Work Week: M-F; Fridays May need to stay later and weekends required when needed; 40-48 hours a week on average
Direct Reports: None
Travel: 5%; travel to client locations
Work Conditions: Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise level PPE required.
