Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for qualified candidates to join their firm.

Implement tools and processes to support the rapid development and deployment of software.
Adopt continuous integration and delivery practices within a pipeline that ensures automated quality checks efficient deployment of cloud infrastructure and applications and provides necessary operational tools and metrics for the development team.
Support the development of continuous delivery systems design automation solutions creating pipelines to enhance the experiences of both developers and customers.
Discover and develop opportunities to improve automation processes and tools learn new skills and promote a mindset focused on continuous delivery and cloud-first strategies.
Manage your daily workload and requests using agile practices as part of a collaborative team environment.
Occasional after-hours on-call support and the ability to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the year) is required.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing Linux-based operating systems.
Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (e.g. ECS/EKS) is advantageous.
Understanding of infrastructure provisioning tools such as AWS CloudFormation Terraform or CDK.
Proficiency in source control concepts (e.g. Gitlab/Git flow trunk-based development branches).
Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins TeamCity AWS CodePipeline CodeDeploy) or configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Chef Puppet).
Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python or Bash.
Knowledge of networking concepts including firewalls load balancers and high-availability systems.
Strong English language skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Strong analytical logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the banking or finance industry.
AWS certifications especially in Advanced Networking.
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
