Job Summary

Our client is a top-notch insurance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Develop strategies objectives and business plans for the subsidiary in alignment with the parent companys directives.
Oversee and manage the subsidiarys business operations ensuring alignment with approved plans and within the scope of authority delegated by the General Director.
Drive business growth and support market expansion efforts particularly in designated areas of responsibility.
Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and corporate regulations to safeguard assets capital and personnel.
Report to the parent company and relevant authorities on the subsidiarys business performance on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
Lead train and develop employees while fostering a pipeline of future leaders.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Economics Finance Banking Engineering or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in the non-life insurance sector including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial/executive position.
Knowledge of economic law and legal regulations related to the insurance industry; extensive relationships in the subsidiarys operating region.
Proficiency in English (C-level or equivalent) with knowledge of industry-specific terminology.
Age requirement: 45 years or younger.
Holding a recognized professional insurance certification from a domestic or international training institution.
Excellent strategic planning organizational and operational management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
