Job Summary
- Receive check and accurately enter product information into the system according to instructions.
- Print warehouse receipt and delivery slips reconcile with documents and forward to relevant departments.
- Monitor and evaluate warehouse inventory status: stock levels damage slow turnover and nearing expiry.
- Support periodic inventory counts prepare reports analyze discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Compile and analyze stock data inventory turnover warehouse productivity and operating costs.
- Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to assist the Department Head in monitoring operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with related departments (Accounting Purchasing Logistics) to develop management dashboards.
- Assist the Department Head in workforce planning task assignment and warehouse staff training.
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures internal rules and labor safety.
- Propose improvements to warehouse arrangement storage and operations towards modernization and efficiency.
Requirements
- College degree or higher in Supply Chain Management Logistics International Business.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operation experience preference for candidates with experience in statistics or data reporting.
- Proficient in Excel ERP or warehouse management software.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or food raw material warehouse is an advantage.
- Language - Good English.
- Skills in managing documents and records.
- Integrity and reliability.

- Knowledge of quality management environmental safety and preservation systems.

Required Skills:
