We are hiring for customer support executive for one of our leading clients
Requirements
- Comfortable working from office in New Town Area
- Graduate in any stream (except engineering background)
- Available for full-time
- Fluent in Hindi Bengali & English; English not mandatory but preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiar with MS Office
Benefits
Salary-
- 16k monthly for 1 year experience up to 17.5k for experienced candidates 4k Performance Based Variable Pay
Working hours- Monday to Saturday
Mode of work- Work from office
Mode of Interview- Virtual
Required Skills:
Experience- Fresher/Minimum 6 months exp in any tele calling or customer support Qualification- Graduate Eligibility Criteria- Should have excellent communication skill in English We need people with strong problem-solving skills who dont shy away from in-person interactions Person should be flexible to do work from office
