- Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
- Set high expectations which inspire motivate and challenge students.
- Promote good progress and outcome by students
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests
- Contribute to the development implementation and evaluation of the schools policies practices and procedures to support the schools values and vision

- Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Physical Education () or equivalent; preferred or equivalent teaching qualification advantageous Prior experience teaching P.E or sports in a school setting preferred (at least 12 years) Knowledge of multiple sports and fitness training methods Good communication and interpersonal skills Energetic patient motivating with ability to manage groups of students Understanding of safety first aid during sports / physical activities
