The Pharmacy Manager oversees the daily operations of the pharmacy ensuring compliance with regulations managing staff and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pharmacy operations including staffing budgeting and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with federal state and provincial pharmacy laws and regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and patient care.
Provide leadership and support to pharmacy staff fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy operations.

Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and relevant management experience.
Licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in pharmacy operations and patient care management.
