- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with the pool and spa industry is a strong advantage (but not required).
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot CRM and Google Calendar or a willingness to learn.
