Join our rehab team with a focus on Transitional Rehabilitation which is our comprehensive rehabilitation approach. This initiative takes advantage of our private rooms and specializes in short-stay recovery after surgery or other illness. We collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians nurses physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists and restorative nursing aides. Our facility is located minutes from the hospital and the medical office park.
