Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure alignment and satisfaction of client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to executives and decision-makers to secure buy-in and drive sales.
- Monitor account performance metrics and ensure that targets are being met; make adjustments as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position L&Gs offerings.
- Provide timely reporting and feedback on account status and progress to management.
- Oversee contract negotiations and renewals to ensure favorable terms and ongoing client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management sales or a related role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles practices and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
Desired Experience:
- 5 years of experience in key account management or sales specifically in the IT sector preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
- Experience in managing large complex accounts and building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Background in technology solutions or services is highly desirable.
