Job Description

Job Description: Key Accounts Manager (Sales / IT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure alignment and satisfaction of client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to executives and decision-makers to secure buy-in and drive sales.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and ensure that targets are being met; make adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position L&Gs offerings.
  • Provide timely reporting and feedback on account status and progress to management.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals to ensure favorable terms and ongoing client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management sales or a related role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in key account management or sales specifically in the IT sector preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
  • Experience in managing large complex accounts and building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Background in technology solutions or services is highly desirable.
