Job Summary

Our client an established project management and construction company is seeking a talented and creative Professional Architect to join their technical team in Polokwane. This is an immediate opportunity to take ownership of diverse architectural projects from concept through to completion working directly with clients and multi-disciplinary construction teams.

Requirements:

Education:

Tertiary qualification in Architecture ( or equivalent)

Professional Registration:

Current registration with the relevant professional body (SACAP)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a practicing Architect
Proven project management experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and completed projects

Technical Skills:

Excellent drawing and drafting capabilities
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or similar)
Comprehensive knowledge of building products and construction details
Understanding of relevant rules regulations and quality standards
Familiarity with building codes and statutory compliance requirements
