Parts Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
Inspect and identify any damaged or defective parts; report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
Organize and label parts for easy storage and retrieval
Perform daily Cycle count
Maintain accurate inventory records
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers and phone inquiries related to parts availability and pricing
Process parts orders shipments and assist in the completion of necessary paperwork
Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse ensuring a safe working environment
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with regulations
Required frequently: Standing walking sitting stooping squatting reaching below at and above shoulder level may be required. Push/pull lift parts up to 50 lbs.
Other tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand walk stoop squat and reach at various levels
Able to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
Capable of working in a physically active environment
