Transaction Management Analyst

What youll do:
As a Transaction Management Analyst youll be responsible for account onboarding including setting up accounts KYC tax etc. Socialize administrative details and setup items with internal Trust employees. Youll work with clients on issues related to account onboarding into the Trust Company making sure clients have a positive view of the Trust Company as it relates to account onboarding and overall transaction setup.
- Responsible for ensuring the account opening process is documented. Test the account opening process and procedures for sufficiency. Perform steps to open accounts including KYC onboarding EDD if needed and GWES setup.
- Ensure governing documents adhere to the document standards escalating the process if it doesnt adhere. Outline reasons/consequences of not adhering to document standards. Provide support on documenting all technology workflows with Tech team.
- Assist in billing implementation and policy working with Western Alliance Bank accounting to ensure revenues are accurately accounted for our deals. Provide support on Tax for clients.
What youll need:
- 3 years of related experience.
- Bachelors degree in related field required.
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using a variety of computer related equipment and software including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
- Experience interpreting complex legal contracts.
