Building Maintenance Technician
Location: Madison WI

Are you someone who enjoys variety in your workday solving problems and seeing the results of your efforts If so Labcorp is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Madison WI.

What Youll Do:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment engine-powered systems and low-voltage electrical components
- Interpret and follow blueprints and conceptual drawings for construction and repair projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed using maintenance tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to plan and complete projects efficiently
- Manage tools equipment and materials with care and attention to detail
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities-related role
- Solid understanding of general repair and mechanical maintenance practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable using maintenance management systems (CMMS)
