Are you someone who enjoys variety in your workday solving problems and seeing the results of your efforts If so Labcorp is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Madison WI.

What Youll Do:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment engine-powered systems and low-voltage electrical components
• Interpret and follow blueprints and conceptual drawings for construction and repair projects
• Maintain accurate records of work completed using maintenance tracking systems
• Collaborate with team members to plan and complete projects efficiently
• Manage tools equipment and materials with care and attention to detail

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities-related role
• Solid understanding of general repair and mechanical maintenance practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable using maintenance management systems (CMMS)
