Job Summary

In this role youll lead the structural design and management of diverse projectsfrom sleek commercial builds and modern residential developments to cutting-edge industrial structures. Youll bring your technical expertise creative problem-solving and leadership skills to the table helping us deliver smart efficient and high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design for buildings foundations and other structures in compliance with applicable codes and standards
Prepare construction documents including drawings specifications and reports
Review and stamp engineering documents as the responsible PE (preferred)
Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineering disciplines
Conduct site visits inspections and assessments as needed
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Assist in mentoring junior engineers or EITs
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations
Participate in project planning budgeting and scheduling
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Candidates close to PE designation will be considered
5 years of experience in structural engineering
Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (e.g. ETABS SAP2000 RISA RAM Revit AutoCAD)
Strong knowledge of construction materials including steel concrete wood and masonry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Project management experience is a plus
