Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Lead to drive growth with strategic enterprise clients in France. You will own key enterprise accounts develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and execute complex deals. You will work closely with global teams to tailor solutions for the French market and help shape our enterprise strategy locally.
What Youll Do
Enterprise Strategy & Execution Own enterprise account strategy and execution in France driving revenue growth and client success.
Sales Leadership Lead the full enterprise sales cycle in France from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder SaaS deals.
Pipeline Development Build and maintain a strong pipeline of French enterprise opportunities.
Relationship Management Develop trusted long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in French enterprises.
Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions to French clients.
Strategic Negotiations Lead complex negotiations in French and English ensuring successful outcomes.
Market Insights Share insights on French enterprise customer needs industry trends and competitors to refine our local strategy.
Must Have
Proven experience in enterprise sales or account leadership within France ideally in SaaS or AI-driven technology.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets in large ACV deals.
Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills in French and English.
Deep understanding of the French enterprise market business culture and buying processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms.
Entrepreneurial hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
