Location: Spain Remote (Preference to be close to a big hub like Madrid/Barcelona)
Languages required: Fluent Spanish & English
Segment: Enterprise Sales (Hybrid: New Logos & Existing Accounts)
The Role
Are you a driven results-oriented enterprise sales professional who thrives on both acquiring new logos and expanding strategic accounts
In this role you will:
- Define and execute your sales strategy for Spain aligned with Boomis broader EMEA goals.
- Own both new business and strategic expansion of existing enterprise accounts across Spain.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customers: deeply understand their business objectives craft compelling value propositions for Boomis platform and deliver transformative outcomes.
- Lead the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closurewith accountability for quota attainment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales marketing partner network solutions engineering) and external partners (GSIs/SIs) to generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate wins.
- Represent Boomi in the market at events and in-field engagements strengthening our brand in Spain and driving awareness of our enterprise solutions.
- Embrace a high-energy culture work within a fast-growing global organisation and maximise the uncapped opportunity for revenue and career growth.
What Were Looking For
- Proven Enterprise SaaS sales experience (new logos existing account expansion) track record of success in largescale technology deals.
- Deep experience selling complex solutions (e.g. integration data management automation or platform-led SaaS) and navigating consultative multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-level IT and business leaders.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Strong pipeline forecasting and quota management skills ideally using tools like Salesforce Clari and methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Ability to operate independently in your territory but also collaborate as part of a global GTM team; highly self-driven entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Based in Spain or willing to relocate; frequent travel across Spain/region as required.
- Adept at partnering with channel/partner ecosystems (GSIs / SIs) to unlock new opportunities.
