As a key player in our store youll be the friendly face customers count on for exceptional service. From welcoming customers to quoting repairs and recommending parts youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and supported.
WHAT YOULL DO:
As a key player in our store youll be the friendly face customers count on for exceptional service. From welcoming customers to quoting repairs and recommending parts youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring every customer leaves has an excellent experience.
- Greet customers and assist them with their repair and parts needs.
- Use your expertise (and our tools) to identify parts and solutions for customers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide top-notch service.
- Stay sharp on products services and pricing to confidently answer any questions.
- Accurately complete paperwork process quotes and finalize transactions.
- Handle credits adjustments and restocking with ease and efficiency.
- Keep work orders organized and invoices up to date.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- A self-motivated assertive go-getter with outstanding customer service skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- A professional with 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts counter sales.
- A communicator who can connect with customers in person and over the phone to recommend products and services.
- A detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills and inventory knowledge.
Compensation: $20-30/hr (Depending on Experience)
