Our client is and nbsp; seeking a high-impact FI Sales Executive to acquire manage and grow partnerships with fintech and remittance companies and financial institutions globally leveraging the companys cross-border rails for payments in and out of Africa. Who are we looking for
  • You are a seasoned professional with experience in FinTech payments remittances or banking partnerships.
  • You are skilled at identifying negotiating and closing high-volume remittance and FinTech clients globally.
  • You have Technical Fluency to confidently discuss APIs webhooks and architecture with product and engineering counterparts.
  • You hold strong connections in the payments remittances and FinTech spaces worldwide.
  • You adapt quickly to the changing regulatory environment and are able to seize new market opportunities.
  • You are and nbsp; reliable and consistently deliver what is promised.
Your Responsibilities

Global Partnership Acquisition and amp; Volume Growth

  • You will be the primary driver for acquiring managing and growing strategic partnerships with Financial Institutions globally.
  • You will successfully secure high-impact remittance and FinTech API clients within the first year.
  • You will onboard API clients efficiently to drive a target in monthly cross-border transaction volumes.
  • You will execute on our clients Pan-African strategy by securing clients across licensed countries.

Strategic Relationship and amp; Intelligence

  • You will develop and leverage your Tier-1 network globally to generate qualified introductions per quarter.
  • You will manage the full lifecycle of complex deals and strategically negotiate structuring enterprise-grade partnership agreements.
  • You will provide and nbsp; actionable FinTech and cross-border remittance insights to the CEO monthly.

Product Alignment and amp; Execution

  • You will work closely with the product team to validate at least client-driven feature requests per quarterand ensure the companys product roadmap aligns with global partner needs.
  • You will maintain operational excellence by ensuring client onboarding is completed within a stipulated date and that partnership SLA compliance exceeds specified quotas.
  • You will prioritise client value and trust to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
What Success looks like
  • Securing high-volume remittance and FinTech API clients in the first year.
  • Onboarding API clients to drive monthly transaction volumes.
  • Consistently generating qualified introductions per quarter from your strategic network.
  • Maintaining client onboarding times within specific dates and achieving a high percentage SLA compliance.
  • Providing valuable market insights that lead to the validation of client-driven feature requests per quarter.
To be considered for this role you should have
  • 710 years of proven success in selling payment partnerships across FinTech and remittance companies.
  • A strong existing network with global FinTechs Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and remittance networks.
  • Direct experience with cross-border corridors into and out of Africa and exposure to stablecoin-based payment flows.
  • Demonstrable technical understanding of API-driven FinTech integrations webhooks and system architecture.
  • Proven track record in structuring and negotiating enterprise-grade partnership deals.
