REPORTS TO: MLE Director and Assistant Director - Dr. Alberto Carrero Mrs. Alma Pezo. MLE Esteban Cabrera Duran MLE Coordinator
GENERAL DUTIES:
Candidates will unpack units of study using the provided guidance and develop lesson plans that align instruction with language development addition they will review and refine assessments within the curriculum to ensure they support monitoring student progress and using data to inform instruction.
Compensation: Teachers will be paid at the contractual rate for work outside of the school day (up to 15 hours total)
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be an educator at one of the secondary schools who teaches entering and emerging ELs. We are looking for a well represented group of educators. Duties: 5 ML educators will get the chance to start to unpack units and the assessment in order to enhance the implementation of the Lift curriculum.
COMPENSATION: There will be 15 hours allocated to this project. Compensation: Teachers will be paid at the contractual rate. (up to 15 hours)
