As Agero enters its next phase of growth we need a senior storyteller who can translate our scale technology and expertise into narratives that change client and consumer behavior across a complex B2B2C ecosystem.

This role sits at the center of growth marketing product storytelling and client engagement.

Role Description & Mission:

The Strategic Content Manager will report directly to the CMO and own how Ageros story is told clearly consistently and persuasively across audiences channels and client portfolios.

You will partner closely with Marketing Sales Client Engagement Product and external agencies to create modular scalable content that supports:

  • Client acquisition and renewal
  • Program adoption and usage
  • Thought leadership and brand trust
  • Discoverability in search and AIdriven recommendation environments

This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue growth and client perception.

NearTerm Priorities:

  1. SelfService Storytelling: Develop core content modules that allow clientfacing teams to easily adapt Ageros story across a portfolio of 120 clients.
  2. 360 Messaging System: Build integrated messaging and assets across social press presentations events and sales enablement tailored for audiences from procurement to marketing to agencies and dealer groups.
  3. Innovation Days: Support and attend onclientcampus Innovation Day events (monthly US travel required) helping reposition Ageros value marketertomarketer and beyond.
  4. Search & AI Visibility: Partner with agencies and vendors to create strategic content optimized for SEO zeroclick search and AIdriven discovery especially versus DIY solutions or AAA.

What Youll Do:

  • Audit and simplify existing marketing and clientfacing materials into clear modular narratives
  • Develop concise compelling articulation of Ageros points of differentiation
  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns tied to products services and growth priorities
  • Measure campaign performance and confidently present insights to senior leadership and Boardlevel audiences
  • Act as a brand steward ensuring consistency and clarity across all storytelling
  • Partner deeply with Sales and Client Services on acquisition renewal upsell crosssell and atrisk accounts
  • Develop bestinclass presentations onepagers case studies and success stories
  • Mine customer and program data for insights that strengthen storytelling and positioning

Skills Experience & Education:

Skills:

  • Exceptional storytelling ability you can explain complex ideas simply and persuasively
  • Strong B2B2C marketing instincts especially within insurance
  • Ability to influence crossfunctionally without authority
  • Excellent written verbal and visual communication skills (slideware short and long form writing and video)
  • Strategic thinking paired with strong execution discipline
  • Analytical curiosity comfortable using data to sharpen narratives and prove impact
  • Understanding of marketing economics ROI and performance measurement

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelors degree with 5-10 years of experience in marketing or client services
  • Previous Strategy Consulting experience is a plus
  • Proven experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Ability to create clear compelling slides and a natural storyteller
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C marketing especially consumer / buyer journeys

The anticipated closing date to submit applications for this role is February 1st 2026.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location experience job related skills and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees.
