The Director of Marketing and Communications Mayo Clinic International is responsible for leading and executing innovative marketing and communications strategies that advance the business goals of Mayo Clinic International (MCI).
This role will lead an integrated marketing and communications team focused on driving brand awareness credibility and audience engagement for Mayo Clinic outside the U.S. through compelling storytelling and strategic brand sales and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience integrating marketing and communications to deliver a strong consistent and effective message.
Key Responsibilities:

Requires a masters degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant work experience; or a bachelors degree in a related field plus 7 years of relevant work experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in a way that creates clarity simplifies messages and aligns with organizational strategy. Knowledge of channels for communication and the ability to build effective communication and engagement strategies.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities solutions and resolve challenges. Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful results. Requires an attitude that actively seeks out change embraces critical questioning innovation service and continuous improvement. Must understand how navigate ambiguity and act without having the total picture. Adaptable and flexible.
