At Mathnasium we help kids not just learn mathbut love it. As our Customer Engagement Specialist youll be the primary connection between families and the center focused on growing enrollment building relationships and keeping students engaged and thriving.

What Youll Do:

Follow up with leads and guide families from inquiry to enrollment
Build strong parent relationships through regular updates and progress check-ins
Lead renewal conversations and celebrate student milestones to maximize retention
Support outreach referral campaigns and community events that drive growth

What Were Looking For:

Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with families
Proven success in sales customer service or relationship management
Goal-oriented organized and motivated by achieving results
Solid foundation in math (comfortable with elementary-level concepts)

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
