Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Automation Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications this pivotal role you will be instrumental in designing developing and implementing automation solutions across our critical business applications. Key Activities and Responsibilities

Design and Develop Automation Solutions:Lead the design development and implementation of robust and scalable automation solutions for various enterprise applications (e.g. ERP CRM HRIS Financial Systems).

Process Analysis and Optimization:Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing business processes identify pain points and recommend automation opportunities that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.

RPA Development:Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots using leading RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism).

Integration Development:Design and implement integrations between disparate enterprise applications using APIs web services and other integration technologies.

Scripting and Coding:Write and maintain scripts (e.g. Python PowerShell) to automate tasks data manipulation and system configurations.

Troubleshooting and Support:Provide expert-level support for automation solutions troubleshoot issues and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.

Documentation:Create comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs process flows and operational procedures.

Best Practices and Governance:Contribute to the development and enforcement of automation best practices standards and governance frameworks.

Mentorship and Training:Mentor junior team members and provide training on automation tools and methodologies.

Stay Current:Keep abreast of emerging automation technologies trends and best practices to continually enhance our automation capabilities.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.

Experience:5 years of experience in automation development with a strong focus on enterprise applications.

RPA Expertise:Proven experience with at least one leading RPA platform (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism). Certifications are a plus.

Scripting Proficiency:Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python PowerShell or JavaScript.

Integration Experience:Solid understanding and hands-on experience with API integrations web services (REST/SOAP) and other integration patterns.

Database Skills:Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle).

Enterprise Application Knowledge:Familiarity with common enterprise applications (e.g. SAP Oracle EBS Salesforce Workday ServiceNow).

Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration:Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Project Management:Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

Good-to-have skills:

Experience with AI/ML integration into automation solutions.

Cloud platform experience (AWS Azure GCP).

Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.

Agile/Scrum experience.
