Job Description

Title:Maintenance Coordinator Special Projects and Sustainability

Contract Type: Permanent and Fixed Term Contract until 31stOctober 2026 Full Time 35 hours

Salary: 30455 per annum (London weighted salary) or 26296 (Regional salary)

Grade: 5

Reporting Office: London Stratford or Manchester Trafford

Persona: Agile (20 40% office)

Join our Special Projects and Sustainability Team at L&Q:

L&Q are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support administrative support to Special projects and Sustainability teams typically including acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders managing Damp and Mould cases Plentific repairs Minor works and Surveyor referrals.

The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to the deliver our repairs and maintenance service.

Your impact in the role:

The successful candidatemust be highly organised with excellent communication administrative and numerical skills. Youwill need to be flexible and a team player working in a fast paced and demanding environment managing a busy workload utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
