Job Title: Marketing Presentation & Content Coordinator
Department: New Jersey Platform
Location: Iselin NJ (5 days per week in-office)

Job Summary:
This coordinator is responsible for developing and executing creative strategies and campaigns to support marketing and branding efforts. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and target audiences and then create compelling visual and written content.
The Creative Specialist uses design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics videos and other visual assets. They also write and edit copy for various marketing materials such as websites social media posts and email newsletters. Strong creative thinking attention to detail and proficiency in design software are important for success in this role. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the employee benefits and/or insurance industry
Minimum of1- 2 years experience in Marketing or similar
Technology Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word Excel Outlook Internet Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint
Other Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment
Work as a team member to achieve department goals and overall company goals
Strong multi-tasking organizational communication and grammatical skills
Ability to take direction and work independently of continuous supervision and stay focused on the project at hand
A positive outlook and desire to learn and grow with the organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear concise and accurate information in a written and verbal format
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects according to deadlines and urgency
Flexibility willing to wear many hats and assist team members in any other capacity relating to client services

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $65000 - $70000. This range reflects Acrisures good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications location and internal equity.Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
